CONSULTANT / WEBSPHERE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Manage WebSphere installations, modifications, performance management & configuration

  • Develop application & operational processes needed to model, integrate, automate & manage efficient, flexible business processes

  • 5+ years solid WebSphere System Management & Architecture experience managing 24/7 applications

  • In-depth experience with WebSphere 6.1 ND

  • Fluent with AIX, Linux, Solaris or other Unix type operating systems

  • Advanced experience analyzing & implementing procedures to improve system & application efficiency

  • Ability to automate manual procedures utilizing shell scripting, JACL & Jython

  • WebSphere 6.1 certification preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of delivering exceptional service to clients

JAVA DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Java Developer with 2+ years Java Development experience in a commercial environment encompassing the following skills:

  • J2EE (Java 5+), Spring, Maven, Eclipse, SVN, Hudson, Glassfish, Tomcat

Candidates are likely to focus either on UI activities with skills in

  • JSF
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript languages (including JQuery 1.5+)
  • Primefaces (version 2.0+)

or Service functionality with skills in
  • JPA
  • Drools
  • JMX
  • XML / XSLT / xPath
  • JAXB
  • Eclipse Plugin Development

Degree in Computer Science, Maths or Physics preferred, coupled with strong A-levels
